How to eliminate Candida yeast infections
You've probably seen many many times your doctor and maybe even seen several doctors different. You may have spent large amounts of money trying to feel better, but nothing has worked. Finally, after countless hours of research or find the doctor, you realize you are suffering from candida. What now? You can find a lot of literature regarding the candida diet (an essential ingredient but not a treatment itself) and there are plenty of products available that claim to cure yeast overgrowth. How I can know what to do?
First things first – Candida is a stubborn little body to get rid of. You should treat this infection in all possible fronts to have the best chance of success. Keep in mind, a very small amount of yeast in anywhere within the digestive tract can begin to grow – within 6 months to a year, you can re-infected! It is also important to consider how long you have had an overgrowth of yeast. Many people have been dealing with this problem for years and not noticed. If is a relatively new, you should have an easier time treating the disease. The more extensive the infestation, the harder it battle.
It is best to tackle the problem in stages. The first phase should include kill parasites and cleanse the intestinal tract. Parasites are always present with overgrowth of yeast. It is not known whether the parasites are part of the cause or event due to yeast infection. We know that come along. Parasites excrete toxins that kill friendly bacteria and can suppress the immune system, creating a rich environment for growth of yeast. You will also want to start killing the yeast during its first phase. You will use products that kill parasites, kill yeast, and rinse and clean the bowel. Some major products include:

You do not have to be as strict on the candida diet at this point, although you should always avoid a diet high in refined sugars general health. Some great stocking products are:

Now that you have killed the yeast and parasites and repopulated their digestive tract, it is time for phase 4. Candida dramatically decreases the ability of cells to absorb nutrients, leaving your body impoverished cellular level. Now you need to replenish your body and help your immune system functioning more effectively. Here are some of the great product for this stage:
Take a good multi-vitamins and minerals (multi essence of life, omics also sil Bio, megaflora everyday foods – all these are great supplements, but you can choose any extras you like – only your body!)
The liver and kidneys have been working hours extras as they are infected so it is important to help it heal (better balance the liver and kidney rescue is a great source)
Taking supplements boosting the immune system is a good idea (Echinacea, ActivaMune and ImmunExtra are excellent products.)
Continue healthy bacterial supplements
You may want to take CandiClear5 or product as three lac as product maintenance.
The first phase should last about two months, the second phase of 4-6 months three-phase, phase four can overlap and usually takes a year. You can cure candida yeast infection, but always aware of the circumstances led to the problem, for starters. It is always important to take care of your health – many people find taking a probiotic for the rest of their lives is a great way to keep yeast at bay! Remember – drink lots of water!
