is this the way of a perfect body?
I want the perfect natural ….. toned body and lose 15 pounds i weigh August 12 at the time stone (124 pounds) and want down to 7 stone 11 (109 pounds) if i walk for an hour and dance for an hour a day and have this diet I can lose weight? Breakfast – a grapefruit juice, muesli bio yogurt, goji berries, strawberries and blueberries lunch – a piece of bread either plain with soup or Greek salad. handful of raisins and two squares of Lindt chocolate 85%. Dinner – stir fry without pasta / potatoes and fish with rice …. just / chicken and vegetables I'll have a great breakfast, lunch and dinner smaller and not eat carbohydrates after at 7 and no later than April I have 20, 5 feet and 4 women
1 – What is your definition of a perfect body? 2 – no, that diet is horrible. I'm being honest here, not to hurt you, but better results. calories you are eating very little for your weight, and too many carbohydrates. no exception protein in their last meal. pilates, yoga, dance boso … etc. .. who never did anyone in shape. piece of mind, yes. fit? ever. trianing weight, diet (For balance, I mean a calculated amoutn proteins, carbohydrates and healthy fats at each meal), and cardio will make your body look better. do not focus on a number. Who says it will look good when you hit 109 pounds? so if you have the same look flabby and only smaller?? would that make you feel better? no! throw away the scale and look in the mirror when you want to judge the results. monthly take photos in the same lighting and it represents to assess progress. scale is a number. to which the network is "filled" with information about this … I would argue that 99.99999999999% of the information in the network is not valid and scam. I had to pay much money to a lot of professionals to learn what we know today. will not get any useful information for free when it comes fitness and diet. hope that helps
